A computerised diary system allows us to track the progress of your sale from offer to completion. We liase with your conveyancer, your buyer and their conveyancer, and your buyers lender, and you will receive regular weekly feedback in writing and by phone, so that you are aware of what is happening at all times. Occasionally, a buyer's survey may request additional reports, and if this should happen in relation to the sale of your home, we can often arrange these at nominal cost to you.
